Recently, talents from the internationalization project of ONGOAL TECH gathered for a unique and enjoyable offline exchange event called "MERRY MINGLE." The purpose of this event was to enhance participants' interest, learning motivation, and organizational cohesion through interactive, fun, and practical activities, laying a solid foundation for future learning, events, and work.

The head of the international project,Jo Huang, mentioned in the opening speech the efforts and improvements in the English language abilities of the team members over the past six months. He expressed gratitude for the dedication and contributions of colleagues to the internationalization project and also provided insights into the future development of the project.

The first part of the event focused on cultural discussions, with each participant presenting cultural conflict images, sparking deep reflections on an international perspective.

In the second part of the event, there was a group translation session where the host prepared common language patterns used in business negotiations. Teams competed to translate these expressions accurately. This segment not only tested participants' English proficiency but also enhanced their understanding of international business etiquette.

In the third part, the "Heads-up" segment, participants tested team coordination by expressing concepts through both words and body language, creating a lively atmosphere. This not only exercised participants' communication skills but also strengthened team cohesion.

Through the MERRY MINGLE event, talents from ONGOAL TECH's international project not only deepened mutual understanding and trust but also showcased their talents on a stage. It is believed that these talents will continue to unleash their potential in future work, contributing more to the development of ONGOAL TECH.
