What is Service Certification?

 

Service certification is an assessment of an organization's service capabilities, evaluating the level of service provided and issuing a "Service Certification Certificate" based on the evaluation results. According to the "Regulations on the Certification and Accreditation of the People's Republic of China": In China, certification is divided into three categories: "Products," "Services," and "Management Systems." Among them, service certification is a conformity assessment activity carried out by qualified third-party certification bodies to prove that an organization's service capabilities meet relevant service standards.

 

The standard for after-sales service certification, the "Commodity After-sales Service Evaluation System" (GB/T27922-2011), is an evaluation-oriented standard. The purpose of certification is to identify excellence, and the result of certification demonstrates that an enterprise has implemented after-sales service according to the standard and achieved a certain level (star rating). It is a scoring system certification that measures the level of service capability based on the evaluation score. There are "after-sales service achieved" (70 points and above), "three-star after-sales service" (80 points and above), "four-star after-sales service" (90 points and above), and "five-star after-sales service" (95 points and above). Our company has passed the five-star certification (95 points and above). Currently, China is gradually entering the "service economy" era. As a new type of certification system based on customer perception, focusing on organizational quality management and service characteristic satisfaction, service certification plays a positive role in improving the quality of service supply, perfecting the governance system of the service market, enhancing service competitiveness, and meeting customer needs.
