The Kettle Dryer adopts traditional hot oil heating method to dry material while stirring it. Fast drying and higher efficiency are achieved since water boiling point is lower and evaporation is faster in high vacuum environment. The low speed stirring prevents the pellet from colliding and crushing each other that may lead to coating breakage and higher shatter rate. It is more suitable for battery raw material production.

Colter mixer is mainly used for high-efficiency mixing of powder. The stirring shaft is fixed on the horizontal drive shaft by a bracket and rotates along the wall to make the materials diffuse and shear with each other and achieve better mixing efficiency.

Ribbon Mixers are used for mixing powders, powder & liquid, especially for the viscous paste materials. Due to the inconvenient cleaning of viscous materials, the Ribbon Mixers are mainly used in productions that request large output capacity and infrequent exchange of different materials.
