The 16th Anniversary Celebration of ONGOAL TECH Successfully Concluded

On August 14, 2024, ONGOAL TECH celebrated its 16th anniversary.

From our initial dream to becoming an industry leader today, every step of this journey has been supported by the dedication and efforts of all our supporters and builders.

To mark this significant milestone, all ONGOAL TECH employees gathered in Zhuzhou Industrial Park for the anniversary event themed “Unity in Purpose, Steadfast in Progress,” witnessing ONGOAL TECH's unwavering commitment and progressive development over the past 16 years.

During the event, Chad, Chairman and General Manager of ONGOAL TECH, delivered a speech. He expressed his hope for ONGOAL TECH to bloom like a plum blossom in its "flowering season," resilient through the harshest conditions. Chad emphasized that to meet new market adjustments and customer demands, and to ensure the ONGOAL TECH team continues to advance steadily, we must enhance our energy efficiency, maintain our competitive edge, innovate, and create value, thus shining brightly amidst market competition.

Chad stated, “I believe that after the great wave of competition, only a few will remain, and these will be our true competitors and partners. Together, we can advance the automation of material handling systems globally. I am confident that ONGOAL TECH, born during the 2008 financial crisis, will continue to persevere and forge ahead, overcoming great challenges and welcoming a bright future, contributing to material automation in China and globally.”

Jiang Wei, Director of Solutions and Design Department, who has been with ONGOAL TECH for 7 years and has worked in Dongguan, Changsha, and Zhuzhou, addressed the event via video from a project site.

Jiang Wei said, “Over the past 16 years, the company has progressed with vigor and innovation. I feel fortunate to be part of this journey. Internally and externally, we must transition from ‘change’ to ‘transformation.’ Transformation requires changes in our cognition, thinking, and behavior. For the organization, it means comprehensive upgrades in strategy, technological innovation, and organizational change. Through transformation, we will break old constraints, move beyond fixed mindsets, and unlock new resources and opportunities.”

Next, all ONGOAL TECH employees watched a special video reviewing our development history and the new mission promotional film, “Making Material Handling Simpler” — the first film to delve deeply into our “Company Mission” and new brand positioning: simplicity, reliability, and high quality. The release of “Making Material Handling Simpler” marks an important step forward in ONGOAL TECH's corporate image and brand promotion.

During the cake-cutting ceremony, executives held ceremonial knives and fireworks, sharing this warm and affirming moment with applause from everyone.
