ONGOAL TECH and Tsingyan Electronics unite for a breakthrough in manufacturing - dry electrode technology

On November 16th, ONGOAL TECH and Tsingyan Electronics signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a joint effort to advance the research and market application of the dry electrode front-end process. The signing ceremony, themed "Innovation in Dry Electrodes, Shared Green Dynamics," took place at ONGOAL TECH's Zhuzhou Industrial Park. According to the agreement, both parties will collaborate extensively and synergize deeply in the research and development of manufacturing equipment for the dry electrode front-end process. This aims to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership.

Dry electrode technology represents a new battery manufacturing process that eliminates the use of solvents during the electrode's production, significantly improving manufacturing efficiency and lowering production costs. This leads to substantial performance improvements in batteries and is a highly promising direction for process iteration. However, challenges still exist in achieving mass production for the dry electrode process.

 

Tsingyan Electronics has independently developed dry electrode technology, enabling low-cost preparation of electrode materials and significantly enhancing the volumetric energy density of the new battery manufacturing process. This innovative technology stems from the Advanced Energy Storage Materials and Devices Laboratory at Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute and has reached an international advanced level.

 

In this strategic cooperation, leveraging ONGOAL TECH's industry-leading position in battery slurry solutions and Tsingyan Electronics' advanced dry electrode technology, both parties will jointly explore the development and innovative applications of equipment for the dry electrode front-end process. This collaboration aims to accelerate the successful industrialization of the technology, leading industry transformation and upgrading through collaborative innovation.
