Project Details
This project primarily consists of raw material feeding, ingredient verification, granulation, drying, and conveying, as well as finished product ingredient conveying. It's all brought together through a central control system to achieve fully automated production control.
Dealing with Challenging Ingredients
In this project, challenging ingredients like sugar and salt, which are less flowable and prone to clumping, posed specific requirements for material storage and conveying.

Efficient Conveying Solutions
In this project, small and bulk materials, after being unloaded, undergo screening and iron removal before entering a sending tank. The materials are conveyed to the rear equipment through positive pressure dense-phase conveying.
During the conveying process, the material's conveying speed is relatively low, resulting in minimal wear and tear. This minimizes the impact on material quality during conveying.
ONGOAL TECH's innovative low-speed dense-phase positive pressure conveying system is reliable for long-distance conveying. It has a minimum conveying speed of 4m/s, truly achieving plug-flow conveying and significantly reducing the extent of particle damage.
Precision Measurement
In the metering and batching section, materials are fed to the lower weighing bin through a spiral feeder to increase the weight. According to customer blending requirements, the measurement accuracy is within ±0.5%, and it can reach up to ±0.3%.
