The complex microbial preparation production project uses yeast as the raw material. The project consists of three dosing lines, each operating independently, with different functional areas designed to avoid cross-contamination while facilitating systematic management. ONGOAL TECH provides a software control system that oversees the entire process from feeding to packing, enabling full process traceability management.
Feeding is the first step in the entire production line. Every day, workers retrieve production formulas from the system and add ingredients according to the formula.At the feeding station, there is a barcode verification device. In case of any inconsistencies, the system will automatically sound an alarm and prevent entry into the next process, ensuring material accuracy and guaranteeing the normal and stable operation of the production line.
The storage silos for raw materials use high-precision weighing sensors instead of conventional level switches, ensuring accurate monitoring of material levels and providing timely data support for production scheduling and storage arrangements.
In the production process, precise ingredient dosing is a crucial control parameter that directly impacts product quality. For this project, a weighing scale with a measurement accuracy of 3‰ is used, with the highest accuracy reaching ±100g.
Production scheduling personnel issue weighing tasks by calling up the formulas, and all formula data is stored back-end, enabling automatic optimization of production parameters and facilitating production data traceability.
Materials after dosing are transmitted to the mixing machine uniformly through negative-pressure pneumatic conveying at the set speed.
To meet the production needs for rapid product iteration and upgrades, the entire storage system comes with a cleaning device, and all critical electrical components, equipment, and conveyance pipelines are designed for waterproofing and easy cleaning.
The entire system operates in an orderly manner under the supervision of the production management system, ensuring higher production efficiency and stable product quality.
