On December 30, the 2022 ONGOAL Supplier Conference with the theme of New Life and Future was successfully held in Zhuzhou, Hunan. More than 60 supplier representatives gathered together to embrace the achievements and look forward to the future, so as to build further a more efficient, competitive and deep and stable cooperation supply chain system.

On behalf of the company, Mr.Yu, deputy general manager of ONGOAL TECH, extended a warm welcome and sincere greetings to the present suppliers, affirmed the achievements of supply chain partners in building high-quality agile supply, and thanked them for their long-term support to the company.

Mr.Yu analyzed the macro market environment, pointed out the five risks and four opportunities and the imperative response strategies, and inspected the market potential of battery homogenization, battery materials, and FMCP(food, medicine, chemical, and plastic) from different perspectives. Mr.Yu explained that the core competitiveness of ONGOAL current development dynamics is rapid product development and large-scale delivery capability with several industry benchmark cases.

Despite the challenges, ONGOAL has established the strategic goal of focusing on new energy opportunities, increasing the R&D of whole-line solutions and core equipment, focusing on the domestic market and rapidly entering the overseas market. ONGOAL will continue to expand the layout of the supply chain to increase the proportion of strategic suppliers as well as the stability, timeliness and cost control of supply.

Mr.Liu, director of the Innovation Center, gave a keynote speech about the company's self-developed core products in 2022 and explained in detail the specifications and product features of colter mixer, kettle dryer, bulk bag packaging machine, twin-screw continuous slurry mixing machine and high specific gravity material mixing and dispersing mixer, etc. He also introduced more than 20 products to be launched by the company in the next two years.

Mr.Wu, senior manager of standardization, made an in-depth sharing on the theme of supply chain quality. He pointed out that supply chain quality is still the key point to break through at present, and ONGOAL should introduce a group of supply chain partners within the next 2-3 years, cultivate, optimize and eliminate a group of them, so as to reach the advanced quality level of the industry in general.

Mr.Li, director of the Supply Chain Management Center, reviewed the ONGOAL supply chain in 2022, analyzed the supply chain pain points in 2022 and supply chain planning in 2023. in 2023, ONGOAL will adopt digital procurement management to improve the management level comprehensively, making both sides more convenient and data more open; in addition, it will also improve cost competitiveness by optimizing parts, early intervention in cost planning, increasing new technologies and new materials, etc. to Achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
