The system is PLC-controlled, with detection switches set for each action and process. From pallet feeding to empty pallet stacking and used bag recycling, automated production is achieved.

Pneumatic grippers automatically grasp bags layer by layer, ensuring stability and efficiency.

Bag cutting and cleaning components automatically cut bags and discharge materials, removing any residue. Grates are installed to prevent foreign objects from entering the bin.

After discharging the material from the bag, the grabber trolley automatically transports the bag to the used bag recycling machine, where a shaftless screw bag collector compacts the used bag for recycling. This process saves labor and maintains a tidy and orderly production environment.

The functions of the feeding conveyor, pallet elevator, unpacking machine body, and pallet recycling machine are all modularly designed, allowing for the customization of equipment to meet the specific process requirements of actual production planning.
