Small Bag Unpacking Station
It is mainly for lengthwise small bag unpacking. Operator manually loads the bag widthwise and tidies up the bag with a tidyingroll. Then a clamping device turns the bag by 90° and a knift cuts the bag open. Material falls into the tank by gravity and ion wind. Emptied bag is sucted to a screw conveyor and conveyed to a collecting bin.

Widthwise feeding of the bag improves the adaptability to different sealing of the bags. At the same time, the stroke of the knife is longer. Compared to traditional vertical feeding, the cut is longer, and discharge efficiency is improved.

Optional air shower system can sterilize and dedust the outer bag before unpacking, further enhancing the hygiene and safety.

The bag is overturned by 90°. The puncture neddle is integrated with ion air. When it pricks into the bag to fix it, its hollow structure injects ion air into the bag to improve discharge efficiency.

The vacuum adsorption swing arm sucks the waste bags into the spiral conveyor, which then discharges the bag widthwise to facilitate collection and processing of waste bags.

Powerful dust removal system prevents dust from spilling out and improves powder recovery rate at the same time.
